All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was good and could be altered to suit different tastes. The bus service to get into town is a short walk from the hotel. It is not the best hotel and it is not the worst hotel by a long way but it suited us and we look forward to our next visit.

I found the staff to be very attentive and service was excellent. As the Hotel incorporates a Bar / Grill the food and drink facilities are very good. There is ample parking and the Hotel is easy to find. I intend staying there again soon.

Fab Aberdeen Accommodation

Really impressed with this hotel. Very quiet room with a comfy king size bed. The windows open (not the case in many hotels) on to a garden area at the back. Free parking for residents with a bus stop 2 mins walk away. Quick & easy to get into Aberdeen. Lovely breakfast. Very happy!

Impressed after impromptu stay.

Booked the hotel as an emergency overnight stay due to adverse weather, but were both very impressed and would stay here again. Restaurant was good, reasonably priced, and morning breakfast had a wide selection. Room could do with a lick of paint, but was clean, and staffsorted out a minor issue with minimum of fuss.

The bar area was large and plenty parking. The room was so small it was almost dangerous.One side of the bed was only a few inches from the radiator and the tv was attached to the same wall.

Allt var i princip gammalt och sunkigt. Kuddarna var bra. Toalettdörren gick knappt att stänga. Toalettstolen står och spolar länge. Elementet i hallen står och ångar värme. Man kunde känna fjädrarna i sängen. Det var oerhört lyhört mellan rummen.

Embarrassment for Aberdeen and Hotels.com

When we first arrived we were allocated a room we went to the room and were greeted by a damp smell as we opened the door the room was about 9ft x 9ft with a double bed in the middle of the window area wth a radiator on one side leaving about 12 inches to get in and out the other side had about 14 inches there wasnt even a chair or table we then noticed the mildew on the window sill we went back to reception and told them about the condition of the room after humming and hawing gave us another room much bigger with 1 chair and a table we went for dinner that night and it was fine they recommended that we make a reservation for dinner the next night Friday as it was usually busy on the Friday we went to the dinning room and were told to take a seat the manager left us there for 40 minutes in the meantime a family came in for a later reservation and was shown to a table immediately by the same manager i went to complain to her and she said she was sorry but had asked one of the girls to show us to our table I DONT THINK SO she passed us by about a dozen times and knew we were still waiting i have never in my life reserved a table in a restaurant and found no tables available absolute shambles of a hotel the manager told us it was earmarked for refurbishment my personal view is it should be condemned and the female manager should not be allowed to remain in a managerial position and Hotels.com should remove it from the website
