Value for Money

Very friendly service, well located with free parking. The corridors were unbearably hot but since there are few days like that in Scotland, I guess for most parts of the year it should be OK.

One night on business trip. Nice room great shower. Bathroom had no shelving for toiletries. No bar or restaurant in evening so had to go out. Breakfast only continental. Friendly staff.

Perfect for a new father

I needed the hotel for a few nights while my partner and new born child were in hospital. The hotel was all the comforts of home, including a kitchen meaning I could do a proper shop and store my food in the room fridge and cook in the microwave, meaning it was one less worry for myself when I had other worries.

A comfortable stay. Room had a kitchenette which was useful as we could just take our own food. Bed was a little hard for my comfort and parking is open, public parking in an area of shops but was fine. Busy main road noise. But hotel was calm and comfortable in general. We only used the room and no other services.

Loved this hotel

Lovely hotel, very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was a really good size with the surprise of a kitchenette in there too which was very handy for us. Lovely little welcome pack which was replenished each day. Bed was comfortable and although the hotel is on a main road it was quiet and we slept so well. Breakfast was nice (continental) but we would have liked a cooked breakfast, on saying that though there was plenty to eat. Also we did not find out the bar was not open either but again we are not big drinkers but it would have been nice to have a night cap or 2 before bed. All in all we absolutely loved staying here and would have no hesitation in staying again

All-in-all a nice hotel.

All-in-all is was a good hotel, but it was to far from City-center for me. The hotel-bar was without any atmosphere and with much to load music. Service was brilliant, but breakfast was pour.

Good hotel for short stay

Rooms were great liked the hampers and water in fridge. Beds comfy and staff freindly. did feel discription of location a bit deceiving thought was closer to city centre due to wording so cost additional 4 taxi journeys.

Had a lovely stay here, only worrying thing was wasn’t sure where to park on arrival and had to call the hotel and ask if I was in the right area.

For the price this hotel itself was fine - clean, friendly reception staff and the buffet breakfast was passable. However I was really worried leaving my car here - the "shopping centre" car park which I assume most people will use had warninbg signs about leaving your vehicle and contents at own risk and equally the streets round about this felt run down and you either had to park behind some industrial units or in front of run down blocks of flats. I genuinely woke up a couple of times during the night and thought about the car - and it's not even that great a car!

The hotel itself was lovely. Super comfy beds and spacious rooms. Staff were friendly and lovely. Great value for money. However the area wasn’t great, rather run down. Had to park in a shops car park behind the restaurant which didn’t seem the safest.
