The room had a few things missing ,2 cups for a quadruple room,a fan as i couldnt open the windows much and a fan would have really helped .Also wifi didnt work .The man from reception went into our room while we were out ,lucky my daughter stayed behind as we had left phones a laptop and a purse with cash in gor our stsy

Awful place We were on the 4th floor and the elevator wasn’t out of order. Room STANK of weed when we went in, the property is so old and tired. The carpets are filthy as were the stair handrails Honestly, I’ve never stayed in such a horrible place. I’ll be asking for my money

My stay was okay, when I arrived at my room there wasn’t any towels I did request at reception for some towels, I was told someone would be at my room with some shortly but I never received any! I’ve stayed here before and they staff have always been very helpful not sure what happened this time!

Alle negatieve reviews stellen zich een beetje aan, is het hotel nieuw, nee. Is het hotel een 5 sterren ervaring, ook niet. Maar daar is de prijs ook naar, op een locatie vlak bij het trein station en het centrum! Het enigste nadeel was dat de kamer (en eigenlijk het hele gebouw) heel warm was. Verder alles netjes in orde!

On a eu un bon accueil. Le personnel était à nos soin. L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas, et malgré tout, l'hôte a monté mes valises au 3e étage. Peu de stationnement mais nous avons été chanceux d'avoir une place. Peu dispendieux. Manque un peu de modernité, tuyauterie très lente ( robinet et toilette). Mais nous avons eu la tranquillité.

No internet ,guy came in from outside after i pho ed twice,had to run up and down from 3rd floor as he would not come upto room to see the problem with tv controler i could only get 1 tv station unless i paid for other channels ,i would not recommend this place for anyone,

Beware - this Hotel is terrible. The room I was given was not as advertised and in fact not fit for purpose. I was unable to stay and had to find another hotel at further expense. The Hotel has refused to refund me even though I did not stay and the product was not as advertised. Their advertising is false and misleading. I have wasted a lot of time trying to get a refund but Expedia have failed to assist me and continue to allow this hotel to falsely advertise on their platform. This is false and misleading conduct - beware!

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Check in was challenging as no bag drop off point & lift was out of order. But the nice friendly staff helped carry bags up the stairs & helped with any enquiries we had, but we're few.

Very convenient location and cheap with a comfortable bed, only down side was the cleaner walking into my room without warning at 10am while I was sleeping when check out is 11am

This time I met eve. (But I slightly expect it was still Adam.). Staff amazing like always. Unfortunately the room wasn’t a hit this time but that’s my fault I’m just too much to handle for the Matress in that room :). But as always hotel is perfect for one night :).

Room was great, plenty of space. Didnt realise until later that a foreign kickboxing team was staying on the same floor.... or thats the impression I got. Maybe some rooms are rented out as multiple occupancy!!

Don’t go of the rating. This hotel for 1 night is perfect clean bedding clean room amazing staff (Adam) yes Adam from Adam and Eve :) everything was fine highly recommend for a nights stay when you need to be safe clean and comfortable. The shower is like a jet engine taking off amazing!!!!!!

Receptionisten var venlig og imødekommende. Check ind gik hurtigt, da vi kun skulle sige vores navn, legitimation var ikke nødvendigt. Alt på hotellet var gammelt, slidt og meget beskidt, og det lugtet dårlig.. Intet wc papir eller sæbe på badeværelset. Ingen skraldespand på værelset. Meget lydt og meget larm både fra andre hotelgæster og udenfor. Nødudgange var aflåst. Receptionisten ville låse disse op hvis der skulle blive brand. Der benyttes gammeldagse nøgler overalt. Det føltes ikke sikkert at være der.
