The refrigerator in the room badly needs replacement or repair - extremely noisy. This was reported to the staff. Also, the stairs to the bedroom have a rocky surface - the only bathroom is downstairs and those stairs in the middle of the night are very uncomfortable on bare feet. The folks at the desk and the staff were all great and very customer service oriented.

Absolutely loved our stay, we actually opted to stay one extra day. Only concern we had was when we checked into our room we found that the toilet had clearly been used but not flushed which was rather gross. Other than that the room was very clean and extremely comfortable.

Stayed here with my family over the weekend I have a big family so I got two units one unit was fine but when we went to get the extra sheets out for the folded bed the sheet has three big nasty spots of you know what I mean they didn't seem to be washed made us very uncomfortable to sleep on the beds other then the dirty sheets the stay was nice lots to do with the family and friendly staff booking the room was kinda difficult I called ahead and asked if it was possible to get two units side by side or some what close together and the last told me she didn't know how to do that so I ended up going on line witch was a pain then when we got there out rooms were on totally opposite sides of the primary witch sucked trying to have a family vacation walking back an forth with the little ones.

My only complaint, that is not a queen bed, go look up dimensions for a standard queen. we had a no sleep 2 nights I would have never booked this places if the description was a FULLsize. here it is off google A standard queen-size bed measures 60 inches wide by 80 inches long. In comparison, a full-size bed is 54 inches wide by 75 inches long, and a twin-size bed is 39 inches wide by 75 inches long. I am 6foot 1 ,,73 inches my feet were at the edge. bottom line that is bad information on the room description .

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was well kept and we enjoyed the outdoor pool and hottub. We also took advantage of the pool table in the rec room. It was located just a few minutes down the road from ocean shores. The location was incredibly quiet and relaxing but central to all the activities we had planned.

We were really disappointed in this rental - enough that we left early the next morning instead of staying another day. The unit smelled really musty & there were many very sharp thorns in the carpeting - found that out the hard way by stepping on them barefoot. We had to wear shoes inside for the duration. The furnishings & blankets and pillows are either worn or of cheap quality. A major reason we left though was that those circular stairs are dangerous. One misstep coming down to use the bathroom in the night poses a safety risk. Small children should not stay here without close supervision near the stairs. Don't know if all the units are like this but needless to say we won't be returning or recommending this facility to anyone.

Somewhat rustic, dated. Don't count on Wi-Fi.

Was disappointed by somewhat rustic experience. Wi-Fi cuts in and out. Staff was pleasant. Condo was clean. Bedroom was upstairs in loft while bathroom was down the spiral staircase near the front door. Just wasn't the experience I was looking for.

There will be taxes

Beware: there is a $75 cleaning fee (you'll be asked to do your dishes and take out your garbage) plus $40 tax plus $11.37 reservation fee even though Expedia notes the price as tax and booking fee included. The condos are very clean, reasonably appointed. Queen bed on second floor with balcony. You can see the crest of the dune but no view of the ocean. Half bedroom with bunks is a nook at the top of the spiral stairs. Sleeper sofa in living room is comfortable. There is no storage space. Space is okay for two people. Check -in was at 5 PM, not 4 as noted on the reservation as they were busy cleaning and checking the rooms that had been cleaned. There was a queue waiting. Other than that, the staff was fine.
