「Room was clean but did not have a trash can other then bathroom. The beds were not very comfortable, shower pressure not great. Hot tub in the pool room was broken. 2 different days we went to pool and there were no towels. For the hotel we honestly expected more. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. 」

「My room smelled like an unclean dog. To the point , my son and I had horrible headaches. I reported to the front desk 3 times. If this is going to be a pet friendly environment, I would hope they had proper cleaning supplies.」

「New hotel that was more like a small apartment small kitchen space with everything you need to cook, washer and dryer in the bathroom layout was perfect. Well lit and very comfortable. Staff were fabulous. There’s also a market with a bunch of food and it’s not just snacks. It actually has things like eggs and bacon you can buy. There are restaurants within walking distance. And a movie cinema about four minutes away. It was truly an amazing place to stay. It was so comfortable and I felt that...

「I only gave the facility a 3/5 because they are in the middle of remodeling and downstairs was tricky getting to the elevators. All the rest I gave 5/5. Our room is was very clean and the hallways smell new! Once the renovation is complete definitely 5/5. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was as hot, fresh and a lot of food! Definitely recommend staying here. 」
