"I had a wonderful stay at Shama Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive from the moment I arrived, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. My room was clean, the views were insane, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I loved the innovative technology in the room, and the hotel also offers a small gym and discounted deals at the restaurants in the same building. "The location was a bit far from the MTR, considering the hot summer weather and pouring rain. However, the facility is well maintained, and all the bell service is excellent. Shops are considered to be ok considering the location. I think the best experience we had during our 9 days of stay was the housekeeping service, and most of the staff are very friendly, except for the front desk, which we did not feel welcome. I believe this could definitely be improved."
