「Loved this place , definitely will be staying again 😄」

「Very clean and perfect location」

「The staff were extremely professional, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay! I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to Juan at The Level reception on the 26th floor. He went above and beyond to help me resolve an early check-out and refund issue. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference and solved a major problem during my trip. Thank you so much, Juan! You truly made my travel experience much easier and better. I sincerely appreciate everything you...

「Good choice」

「Helpful staff and clean room.」

「Everything about this hotel was great from the front desk to the bar!! We will be back!!」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal and very walkable for our purpose. Room was clean but not cozy. Very industrial decor, which is not our style. Bed wasn’t very comfortable but it also wasn’t the worst. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, the room was lacking for a 4.5 star “luxury” hotel and the cost.」

「Most of it it's great, but not friendly for people who's driving.」

I saw a line starting to form at 2:45, so I got in line. Only 1 employee was there to help us all. Before long, there were 10 people behind me in line, and no one moved to bring additional help to handle the guests. I waited 15 minutes, and I'm sure that others waited even longer. While that was frustrating, my overall experience with the hotel...

「Awful breakfast, we waited 20mins in the front door and staff was not present at the front desk」

「The hotel is very clean. But not too much restaurant choice.」
