Such a charming hotel! From the moment I stepped through the revolving doors, the hotel staff was superb. I was greeted warmly and genuinely. The gentleman checking me in escorted me around the property and then walked me right up to my door. I was able to sneak in for dinner even though it was close to being over that evening. The dinner service was incredible and selections were delicious. I made use of the 3 pools, the steam and sauna room and peeked into the cold room. Breakfast was great, I was able to order scrambled eggs with bacon. I had to extend my stay two more days and the staff was more than accommodating and did not make me change rooms. Most folks staying here are over the age of 55, so me and my brother stuck out as we were some of the youngest on the property. Plenty of shopping and a market about a 15min walk away. We also did our laundry at a laundry mat that was next to the market. The hotel is a true gem! Sadly, I didn’t get a massage but my brother said the massage was great.

La gentilezza e la pacatezza del personale hanno caratterizzato questo hotel. L'impatto visivo è stato notevole, penso sia il più bello, per quanto riguarda gli spazi comuni, tra tutti gli hotel di Abano.

Personale impeccabile, sala ristorante e colazione elegante e menù molto curato. Camere un po’ datate, ma non antiche. Unico neo: in mancanza di spogliatoi non ci si può fermare nella struttura dopo il check out (senza sovrapprezzo fino alle 13 ma, rispetto ad altre strutture, abbiamo perso tutto il pomeriggio). SPA assolutamente stupenda, come gli operatori e il personale dell’accoglienza.

Hôtel très confortable, luxueux en ce qui concerne les installations et les fantastiques piscines. Belles grandes chambres avec superbe literie et salles de bains parfaites. Personnel très aimable partout, piscine, bar, réception, spa. Sauf au petit déjeuner qui est très en dessous des standards d’un hôtel même de catégorie inférieure. Le Covid est prétexte à un buffet petit déjeuner « assisté » très médiocre et le service à table, compassé, sur commande de la moindre assiette de trois mini tranches de fruit rend l’affaire coincée et somme toute pénible. On n’a pas envie de ça le matin. On a fait 8 hôtels avant d’arriver au Trieste, en Autriche et en Italie dont des moyen 3 étoiles et le Hilton de Trieste. A chaque fois buffets copieux et sympa avec super prestation pour Trieste. Le Covid n’excuse pas tout.

The facilities are nice, the waiter in breakfast are accomodating, and we have a lot of choice in buffet. Our room is big and nice, the problem is i can't adjust the temperature of the room. And first i can't find the main switch to turn on the light, no one explain how to use the plastic card and where to find the power switch. But the same we enjoy our stay.

Très agréable séjour un personnel efficace et courtois, une chambre spacieuse et propre, restauration en pension complète que je conseille vivement, Piscine, sauna, hammam.... irréprochables. Seul petit bémol la vue de la chambre située en niveau 2 sur une terrasse couverte de moquette verte......sans aucune vue sur jardin ou piscine...dommage.

Liked everything except pillows and beds. Both were hard in standard rooms. Probably much better in deluxe. Upon request though soft pillows were brought into the room.

Bel complesso pero datato stanze vecchie ....tutto sommato va bene ,però la clientela è maggiormente anziana ....problemi con alcuni clienti in piscina perché si vede che pagando alcune notti si sentono proprietari..Ian ultima io il check in in tutti gli alberghi l ho fatto entro le 12 dalle 15

A marzo 2019 è stata riaperta l'Ala Belle Epoque con più di 30 stanze completamente rinnovate e l'anno precedente è stata inaugurata l'Ala Exclusive con 40 camere costruite ex-novo. Anche l'Ala Elegance subirà degli interventi a seguire nei periodi di pausa. Dal 2017 i clienti trovano a disposizione la nuova WHITE SPA con 3.650 mq interamente dedicati al benessere. E' un peccato che non abbia avuto l'opportunità di vedere tutte queste novità. Se tornerà siamo a disposizione per illustrargliele tutte di persona. Purtroppo non possiamo intervenire sulle dinamiche personali tra clienti, ma essendo la maggior parte della nostra clientela abituale può dare una maggiore consapevolezza del "sentirsi a casa". Il check out è per tutti alle ore 11:00, di conseguenza il check in è indicato alle 15:00 per consegnare le camere nelle condizioni ideali per chi arriva.

This is the second time I come to Abano Terme ans stayed at Trieste & Victoria. Serbices and amenities are allways first class. Rooms and dining room are a little old and the hotel needs a remodeling in order to maintain its status.
