Nice room but way to soft mattresses

The junior suite was excellent, but the bed mattress was way to soft and basically prevented both of us in getting much sleep. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the place in general was very nice. Service was absolutely splendid. Parking on the parking lot outside the building is recommended.

We arrived by train so it was good that the hotel was so close to the station. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and efficient, and it was an easy walk into the centre of town.

Nice hotel in a decent location and quite comfortable. The breakfast is quite good and the staff helpful. They have adopted the spreading custom of only cleaning the room if requested for "environmental" reasons. Sounds to me like a cost saving..

Pretty nice renovated room, but it was very warm. The staff was helpfull, adressed the room temperature and had a parking spot reserved (parking in the garage was a bit expensive, but an good option for our fully packed car). Breakfast was nice. Only a short drive to the ferry

The hotel was close by to everything I needed from transport to shops to dining. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and patient with me as I don’t speak English also as I suffer from anxiety I had a few moments where I needed some help and confirmation on things. The room I had was the junior suite and it was clean and tidy, a little warm however you can request for adjustments in the room temperature as I was only sleeping in there I didn’t really want to bother them. Breakfast was plenty full and much choice, from cereals to continental to cooked food even ginger shots, juices and coffee and tea. Coffee was magnificent I must say. If I ever visit Aalborg again this hotel will be my choice to stay again.

Room very comfortable beds&pillow great, quiet room 332 even opposite lift. The breakfast was superb, have never had so much choice of breakfast, outstanding. Staff very helpful and accomodating. Overall the best stay in Aalborg or other hotels ive been to in Europe.
