Nice hotel in a decent location and quite comfortable. The breakfast is quite good and the staff helpful. They have adopted the spreading custom of only cleaning the room if requested for "environmental" reasons. Sounds to me like a cost saving..

Pretty nice renovated room, but it was very warm. The staff was helpfull, adressed the room temperature and had a parking spot reserved (parking in the garage was a bit expensive, but an good option for our fully packed car). Breakfast was nice. Only a short drive to the ferry

The hotel was close by to everything I needed from transport to shops to dining. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and patient with me as I don’t speak English also as I suffer from anxiety I had a few moments where I needed some help and confirmation on things. The room I had was the junior suite and it was clean and tidy, a little warm however you can request for adjustments in the room temperature as I was only sleeping in there I didn’t really want to bother them. Breakfast was plenty full and much choice, from cereals to continental to cooked food even ginger shots, juices and coffee and tea. Coffee was magnificent I must say. If I ever visit Aalborg again this hotel will be my choice to stay again.

Værelse top i orden, elevator og klima brummede

Vi kom måske halvbeduggede på værelset grundet fest i byen. Til trods for det kunne vi ikke falde i søvn, selvom sengene var lækre. Men aircon/klima larmede som en bjørn, og når man bor ved siden af elevatoren på øverste etage ved du PRÆCIS hvor mange gange den kører i løbet af natten! Sover der aldrig mere, trods venlig personale, pænt og rent, og rigtig lækker morgenmad.
