"We didn't use the internet there was no gym the room was dirty the motel was dirty we didn't get no sleep because of the people next door decided to scream and holler from 1:30 in the morning to 6:00 in the morning slam their doors and staff did nothing about it the breakfast there was no breakfast cold cereal and hard toast was no waffles no pancakes no biscuits and gravy the bed was dirty told staff about it the people that were loud left and we were supposed to stay two days we left a day early for an emergency and was not compensated for it at all because it was an hour past 3:00 we left at 4:00 p.m. the guy at the front desk said we wasn't going to get no refund nothing was not happy with our experience with the Super 8 Motel and Minnesota at all"

"The pool had way too much chlorine in it, although my kids loved being in it, when they came back to the room they ended up feeling like their skin was burning and super itchy and my 9 year old daughter had some issues with her female parts because of the chlorine. You could smell it in the air. There was also no supervision in the pool area either, parents did a bad job of keeping watch of their children. And I don't know if it had to do with where our room was (floor level right next to an exit) but there were kids and people screaming up and down the halls until at least 10pm-11pm. Other then that it was okay. Staff was super nice. The manager at the front desk was great. Overall it was okay!"

"Extra fees of 100$ when i got there no food to buy everything from ice cream sandwiches hot food they offer like pizza and tacos was missing hottub is blocked off by wood mot working was supposed to get 2 queens felt like 2 twins instead"

"A good value for an up to date, well run hotel. Clean and neat rooms, adequate breakfast and nice courteous staff. Efficient shuttles to airport-trip time less than 15 minutes. I only wish that the surrounding neighborhood were more attractive, but this is not unique to this hotel. "
