Acessibilidade muito boa

Banheiro acessivel muito bom porem a cama deveria ser a mesma do quarto 05 pois a cama do quarto 01 tem uma borda muito larga que dificulta a aproximação da cadeira de rodas na hora de se transferir da cadeira para cama - O hotel é encantador todo acessível e luxuoso, maravilhosa decoração e o atendimento é muito muito muito bom, o café da manhã, jantar, todos os serviços com excelência, gostaríamos de voltar

El SPA muy bien y personal agradable.

Estuvimos dos noches en suit junior y nos gustó mucho sobre todo el SPA y el trato del personal. La habitación está bien pero es una pena que los acabados de la construcción tienen muchos defectos como manchas de pintura en el techo o bordes mal rematados. Una pena que el constructor fuera tan chapuza. También tiene algún problema menor con las cañerías que hacía que a veces oliera mal el baño. Pero en lo que respecta al servicio muy amables, el desayuno también muy bien y la estancia mfue muy agradable.

Pretencioso, assume-se como 4 estrelas mas é fraco para tal categoria. É estranho que nem uma garrafa de água estivesse disponível (quanto mais café solúvel ou chá). O quarto tem problemas de entrada de luz e tem uma banheira de imersão (não confundir com banheira jacuzzi) que não pode ser usada à noite, por ao acender a luz vê-se tudo o que se passa a partir do exterior. Como nota, quando chegamos ao quarto tinha 2 pequenos pedaços de bolo e um cartão de boas-vindas. O bolo era bom, mas ao pegar no cartão de boas vindas, vi que era impresso dos dois lados e que se estava impresso "Sr. Sousa", também estava impresso o nome de outro hóspede que teria estado antes. O pequeno almoço não era nada de especial, mas isso pode-se ficar a dever ao COVID 19 e aos constrangimentos de serviço. O registo foi o mais demorado a que assisti desde há muitos anos (e não tive de esperar por ser atendido). é um hotel de estrada que quer dar ar do que não é.

Limpieza impecabe y más ahora que me fijo más por el covid y me sorprendió mucho para bien, al llegar y pedirte el dni,luego antes de devolvertelo te lo desinfectan,establecen horarios de desayuno y cena para no aglomerar a la gente y con mesas separadas más de 2m, alfombras desinfectantes por todas las puertas, mejor imposible,me he sentido muy seguro y cómoda,algo que para mi es fundamental en tiempos de pandemia.

El hotel está en una población muy tranquila. Las instalaciones son minimalistas, modernas y diferentes. Nos gustó mucho la atención del personal, sobre todo de la recepcionista. No hemos qedado del todo satisfechos porque la cama no nos resultó cómoda, toca renovar colchones. No tuvimos oportinidad de conocer el spa

Hotel tranquilo con spa agradable

El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que solicitamos. El suelo del hotel daba sensación de deterioro. El Spa estaba muy cuidado y agradable. Lo único es que nosotros entendimos que todas las habitaciones tenian acceso al spa y no era asi. Tuvimos que abonar un suplemento para poder bañarnos

Muy lindo pero, con aspectos a mejorar

Muy buen hotel, bella decoración, moderno, y con buena atención sobre todo quienes atienden los desayunos, lo único mal es que solicitamos habitaciones continuas con la de mis hijos, me lo confirmaron por mail que eso sería así y al llegar me informan que una habitación esta en un sector del hotel y la otra al otro extremo, no quisimos poner mayor problema mis hijos no son pequeños, pero consideramos que eso ya estaba acordado con el hotel, y tampoco se veía que hubiese muchas habitaciones ocupadas de todas manera el hotel esta muy bien.

Oasis en medio de la estepa

Contratiempos con la no reserva del mayorista, por error en el destinatario:el hotel, solventado por el interés y la profesionalidad de las recepcionistas del mismo. Estancia muy reconfortante, para seguir camino.

Awesome and relaxing

The hotel was excellent. It was a bit hard to find it because they say it is in Ourense, but that is the region it is in. The room could be another 2 to 3 feet wider...it is a bit narrow. The washroom area is a little small with the shower right next to the single sink. They do need to add a little more furniture downstairs for comfort with setting up luggages to use. The restaurant food was awesome!
