「I only stayed in the hotel 1 night having arrived late into Santiago airport. I was greeted at the door even though it was late. The next day I was taken to the hire car company to pick up my hire car. The gentleman was only to pleased to help even though I had a large bike box. I would highly recommend this property.」

「Very helpful person at the front desk. Sounded like the establishment owner but cannot be sure about that. He helped us find the correct bus into the city which was very helpful. Buses are frequent during the day and only a few metres from the property, which was simple but very clean with a good shower and bathroom. The place seems to be run very professionally.
