「Beautiful and luxurious hotel in the heart of the Austrian Alps. Food and amenities were top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 」

「Great stay. Spa is modernized, rooms seem a bit dated. Dinner and breakfast were very good the afternoon snack can be skipped for the most part, especially since space on the terrace is very limited. Bus to go skiing leaves directly out front. 」

「Unterkunft: sauber, gemütliches Bett, Kaffeemaschine u. Wasserkocher dazu vorrätig Kaffeepads u. Teebeutel, Bademäntel, Saunahandtücher, Shampoo, Duschgel etc. Frühstück: sehr schönes Buffet. Abendessen: vielfältige Salatbar, jeden Tag 2 verschiedene Suppen mit selbstwählbaren Zutaten, danach wurde der Hauptgang serviert und zum Schluss Dessert. Man wählt morgens beim Frühstück aus drei Optionen (jeden Tag anders Fleischmenü, Fischmenü u. Vegetarisch) seinen Hauptgang. Das Essen war jeden Tag...

「The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
