「1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! 「We had a very lovey stay! The hotel was gorgeous and extremely clean. When we arrived the staff at the front counter was extremely kind and helpful. I think her name was Reena - she went above and beyond. She offered to make us breakfast boxes for the next morning because we were sing early to hike. The spa and pool felt Amazing after a day of hiking. We loved the location of the hotel. We will be back again! 」

「Easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Five stars means five stars here. The staff are on hand for everything you could ever need and more. 「Amazing staff from helping with initial parking at check in, front desk, breakfast each morning and throughout the stay. 「Wow! What a place! Spacious! Clean! Comfortable. Balcony with a view. Quiet! Helpful and friendly hostess « A » (forgot her name). The breakfast was the best I have ever seen in all my travels. So many choices! Beds were very comfortable and the 2 washrooms were ideal. We were 2 couples and were supposed to share an apartment. But since we were outside of the tourist season, a second apartment was offered to us, free of charge. So we had 14 sleeping spaces, 2 kitchens and 4...
