「The staff were all very friendly and tried to be helpful. However when we arrived there was no one in reception and we had to wait 10 mins before someone turned up. When we arrived at our room which was large spacious and generally clean, there was no kettle to make tea. There was fecal material in the toilet bowl.
Upon walking down two flights of stairs I was told to get hot water fro the coffee machine. Eventually a kettle was found. Evening meal basic but good. Breakfast poor overcooked...
