"Brilliant stay. The only thing that could have been improved was that the blind in the ensuite bathroom was far too see-through given it was directly overlooked by apartments at the back. I ended up not using the bathroom light once it got darker outside as I'm pretty sure guests who do give those residents quite the show! One of the lifts was also out, making the one working lift very busy, but that was neither here nor there really. Other than that - nothing to fault the place at all and all the staff were friendly and chatty. The food at the Embankment Kitchen was also fab - hands down the best carbonara I've ever tasted."
