「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「The hotel was excellent. Clean and modern. Room was spacious, excellent amenities and beds comfortable. Room had a mini fridge that could be used for drinks etc, kettle and coffee machine with coffee pods, hot chocolate and tea which was replenished everyday. Housekeeping was excellent, room cleaned everyday. Pool was fabulous, good size despite being on the rooftop. Lots of loungers with umbrellas for shade. Pool bar had great cocktails and snacks. Staff were friendly and efficient....

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more...
