「The room was beautiful and surpassed our expectations. We wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was kind and accommodating while we were checked in however, my husband and I did not appreciate how their attitude changed once we checked out. They were no longer as helpful or kind, and their demeanor appeared annoyed and dismissive as he asked for help trying to still enjoy the casino. After that, we decided to leave instead. 」
