「Tudo impecável. Uma experiência imersiva em uma reserva natural, mas, com toda estrutura e comodidade de um hotel de luxo. Cada detalhe é cuidadosamente preparado, desde os quartos e refeições até os game drivers. A equipe é super atenciosa e simpática, nos acolheram maravilhosamente bem e fizeram um aniversário inesquecível para mim.」

「Exceptional service from all employees, especially Mr. Njabulo and Mr. Noel I highly recommend the hotel excellent activities, nor did we have time to enjoy them all, the only point that can improve is the possibility of a heated pool and a later check-out, 10 am is too early. 」

「Simplesmente incrível !!! Melhor experiência de hotel na vida! Tudo muito acima das expectativas ! Compramos sistema all inclusive mas nem imaginamos os pratos serem escolhidos e parecia feito por chefs, o menu mudava todo dia porém podia pedir o que quisesse que faziam, sobre instalações tudo perfeito, limpo, organizado e pessoal super cordial, simpáticos e prestativos !!!

「Amazing experience. Staff were very hospitable. The game drives were also really cool. Our ranger, Daniel, went above and beyond to ensure that we saw all the animals on our list. Overall great experience.」

「O melhor tratamento que já recebi na minha vida!
Em cada mínimo detalhe a preocupação com nosso bem estar e conforto! Genial! A comida excelente! Os guias incríveis! De manhã quando a temperatura estava muito baixa eles davam os ponchos e além disso uma bolsa quente garantindo um conforto pra temperatura! Me senti em casa não queria nem ir embora! Nada que eu disser vai conseguir expressar a emoção e o acolhimento que senti nesse lugar! Que energia sensacional! Tudo perfeito! 」
