Just as mentioned in previous comments, information about facilities and other minor things are not quite clearly informed. I had an electric car and nobody told me or written anywhere that -1 floor is equipped with chargers; i waited 2 hours at an outside station to full it up. Bathrobes can be taken from the reception you have to discover it yourself. But none of this minor issues have affected our great stay at this...
