"The location, facilities, pool, and restaurants on site were outstanding. I want to highlight the great work and help by the Gecko Bar staff especially Praveena and his colleagues. The housekeeping crew especially Samri were great and really made the trip enjoyable. The pool was fantastic. The pool staff was always helpful and professional. "A really beautiful hotel with truly excellent staff! The service was outstanding. The only minor downside was that the beds were too soft for our personal preference. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay!"
