"This is a great new hotel in the Ramallah area. The hotel was modern, clean and very comfortable. In addition, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel has two restaurants and a bar, all of which had great service and food."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It ’s staff was amazing ,very helpful and friendly including staff in the reception and in the restaurant . It’s location is perfect ( located in the heart of the city) . The food was perfect and delicious. The hotel and it rooms were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will sure stay in this hotel again in the future:)"
