「The location is perfect, walking distance from several stations and the airport Roissy Bus stop. The room is modern and clean and tidy. The amenities are of high quality. The staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. The only downside is that there were some construction work going on at the hotel and totally blocking all the view of the room and occasionally there were workers right outside our windows. We basically kept our curtains closed during our entire stay.」

「可能是因为酒店处于历史悠久的孚日广场的缘故，房间显得有些老旧， 酒店服务也无功无过。」

「服务人员会敲一下门之后直接刷卡进房间，即便是来送免费的软饮，这点我们非常不满意。另外，洗澡的出水很小很小，小到怀疑人生。」

「外部看不太起眼，内部装修很漂亮。办理入住时前台态度不太热情。走廊有letter box很方便寄信。住在普通套房，很宽敞，房间干净而且维持得很新。楼顶酒吧有不错的视野，但是比较小，而且酒吧十点停止营业似乎有点太早了。这是第二次入住该酒店，总体来说满意。」

「It is a very nice hotel I'd ever stayed in Paris, clean, hotel counter guys were very kind. Really good location, a few step you could reach the metro station, and 10-15 mins by walk to Loueve palace, beside the Saina Riva, nic,perfect. 」

「It feels like home. I received a warm welcome since the moment I arrived. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and kind, always with a sincere smile when greeting hotel guests- they so call friends :) The room is well organized with a lovely terrace, the view is nice, bedding is very comfy. Must try their breakfast, it’s fresh and healthy, of course very Paris. I will definitely come back to Hotel Lancaster and recommend to all of my friends! 」

「This is the HORRIBLE hotel I've ever stayed in my life. They don't qualify as five-star hotel, I think they are one start. I stayed four nights and paid more than US$600 a night, but it wasn't worth it. 1. The room is so small that water leaks into the windowsill after it rains, and the pillows and rooms smell awkward. Also the bed is to soft and uncomfortable, we need to sleep to another side to avoid headstand feeling. 1. I called the dry towel three times the next night and waited for...

「非常古典和優雅的酒店, 酒店內所有的陳設和裝飾細節非常精美, 環境優美閒靜舒適。店員親切有礼, 五星級的服務。位於富人區, 治安良好, 五分鐘步行至地鐵店。唯一不足的是沒有牙刷提供, 酒店附近沒有食肆和超市。」
