「Beautiful facilities and good location, however there was a lack of attention to detail from staff. We weren’t told where breakfast was, how to access WiFi, what to do with ski equipment or how to use the spa! 」

「This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone...

「We thoroughly enjoyed a weeklong stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, the location was excellent, we walked to the ski lifts every day within three minutes, and the staff was nothing short of amazing! We were sad to leave and look forward to our return.」

「Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants.
The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful.
The room is spacious enough for two people.
The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.」
