「Fantastic hotel and service, staff are very friendly and professional. We had a great stay. We went at end of August 2025. Three minor comments on the property (1) the pool was very cold - too cold for our kids - would be good if there was temperature control (2) a regular shuttle into town would be good, we hired a car but if there was a regular shuttle on an evening it would be better; (3) the beach resort was a long way, I wouldn’t bother with this if I was managing the hotel - it was wasn’t...

「Beautiful wine resort. Peaceful and very welcoming. Staff were lovely. Fantastic pool and terrace to have lunch/drinks, and the most lovely courtyard for dinner which was delicious. Great wine tasting . Cannot fault this property, unfortunately we only had 1 night there but we were unexpectedly upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing. Highly recommend !! 5*」

「I am not sure why this hotel has been awarded 5 stars. At best, it is 4 stars. Our room intermittently smelled of sewer gas, and a public culvert runs directly under the hotel entrance that smells of sewer gas almost constantly.」
