「On my first attempt at the presidential family hotel, the staff were very enthusiastic, treating everyone like a distinguished guest. A small incident particularly impressed me. I was taking a shower at the time. I guessed it was the cleaner knocking on the door, which made it very inconvenient for me to open. About 15 minutes later, the room phone rang to confirm whether I was fine. I find it very considerate; they are considering their customers' safety. This is also a rare hotel in Las Vegas...

「The reserve side was wonderful. The overall property was very nice and it just had a really nice exclusive feel and vibe. Las Vegas has changed a lot, but NBM Park has managed to bring a little bit of that Boutique feeling and vibe to their establishment. The wife and I had gotten a debit for the day at the pool and it was perfect. There wasn’t any trashy people and it felt very classy. The staff was great and very accommodating and helpful. 」

「Everything is good . The most disappointing is the front desk told us can’t use the fridge . we may have to pay the drinks in the fridge if we open the fridge door even we don’t take or use anything. It’s ridiculous for a five star hotel can’t allow to use the fridge in such hot days season. There’s no coffer machine or kettle & I tried to call for a hot water and had been told that will charge $35 & wait for an hour. 」
