I call, no answer. I call again, the call gets canceled. I wait. I call again, call is canceled several times. I test, no reply. I call hotels.com and they said they spoke to the company and to call again. The call is answered but no one speaks. I call 4 more times, but no one speaks. Hotels.com said the owner...

"This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice"
