「Generally a pleasant experience, it’s one of my many stays here so there are some details which I observed. First the location is superb and the bed is extremely comfortable, and that’s the two main reasons I choose to return to the hotel. Amenities are new but staff is new and lacks training. Front desk staff is mediocre, checking in so far had never been pleasant. Staff is terrible on time management and never once provided accurate timings. For example “Mr yang your room will be ready in 10...

I would like to give special thanks and shoutout to the staff below. Mary, who helped us to extend out check out time and making sure that we know how's traffic was going to be before we head to the airport, she did this while she's helping out at the restaurant, like to know guests real opinions on the hotel, that makes...

「Room is comfortable with a nostalgic vibe. Staff are very attentive and super friendly. Location of the hotel is superb as near to many locations and easy access to many places. One tiny detail was that the staff made sure that the balcony hot tube was cleaned daily from the fallen leaves. This is a very small detail showing that they really care about customer experience. If I have to say one negative feedback that would be structural. The hotel is probably not a new building so sound proof...
