「The design, the activities, the outstanding effort of the staff to make everyone happy and feel special. Everything amazing except passive agressive baristas at the cafe part, sorry but I had to tell that. But even the bad vibes there weren’t enought to take off any points. Definitely will visit again! 「My son and I stayed here because it was close to Northeastern University. I didn’t know what to expect. I will stay here anytime I plan a visit back. They were so kind to get us in an hour early when I called very last minute. The place is beautiful, spotless and roomy. I felt safe also. Even walked to dinner just a couple blocks away. 「The unit was extremely clean and having access to a garage was definitely a plus for our stay! Nice touches, especially coffee / tea , snacks, and a well equipped kitchen made us feel welcomed the minute we stepped through the door. A+」
