"I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."

"I had a really great time and this beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Facilities were nice. Great area. Nice breakfast. The only thing I would say is the shower is set up that you walk in and turn on the rain forest shower automatically to cold pours on your head before you turn it to warm/hot."
