"The place is great "

"Excellent; finally a resort that takes croquet seriously."

"The property was clean and in a very convenient location. Two things we did not like about this hotel, first the indoor you can only use from 7pm - 9pm after the outdoor pool closes. It was kind of cold and we wanted to use the indoor pool but we could not use for this reason during the day, were only able to use it once for less than an hour. The second this is that at least our room had a walk in shower with no limits on the floor so every time we use the shower the whole bathroom floor was...

"This was my husband's and I first time in Chatham and we couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay. The inn had everything we needed with a spacious and clean room and fresh towels everyday. The bed was comfortable as well. We had a fridge with coffee/tea in the room. The breakfast every morning was the best hotel breakfast we ever had! Its a sit down meal with multiple tasteful items to choose from. There is a happy hour every night with free wine and a specially made cheeseboard...

"We had a truly wonderful stay with Brian and Charlie who were such friendly and helpful hosts and provided many thoughtful touches. The Old Manse itself made for an authentic Cape Cod experience with its historic vibe, and we enjoyed our spacious en suite room. Special shoutout to the housekeeping/breakfast servers who took such good care of us each morning and were so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and baked treats each day, all homemade by Brian himself. A memorable visit."

"The Benchmark was lovely. The morning break fast was perfect. We had room 7 and the view and the deck was lovely. Room was tiny it comfortable - not much room for luggage - I was on a long trip before so I just took out what I needed and left the rest in the car. Parking is tight - we were there in offseason - so could see how that could be an issue in the summer months. P-town was fantastic as well! "

" This B&B is beyond is beyond excellent if there is such a category. In addition to all it offers that I highly rated, it is beautifully furnished and provides all sorts of snacks (including a daily packet of home-baked cookies for each guest) and the most delicious, gourmet breakfast I have encountered in numerous B&B stays around the country and beyond."

"Hosts are lovely and helpful while not intrusive. Room is nicely appointed with comfortable king bed with small but adequate bath and shower. Old house is very quaint. Use of refrigerator helpful. No food service but coffee, tea, fruit and homemade cookies make it homey. Lovely early Spring get away in convenient location to shops, restaurants, short drive to Nauset Beach.! "
