"This hotel is the best one in Zlín."

"The check out at this property is 10AM. I have not been to a hotel with as early check out time as this in a long time. If you ask them for late check out you will be lucky to get 11AM. Past that they will try to charge you a 1/2 day fee. The hotel is a bit dated now. I have stayed here several times for the past 3 years and there is zero upgrades/maintenance. Location is really good though."

"Clean, recently renovated rooms, great free breakfast and helpful staff that spoke English. I will stay here again if I'm in the area! No air-conditioning in the room, but I stayed in May, so weather was cool..."

"Previous booking was messed up, Expedia put it right with moving me to this hotel for the last night. A fantastic room, and I very much appreciate Expedia’s commitment to making sure things were fixed. 5*"

"It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty ok as well. The only thing which surprised us somewhat negatively was the €8 parking fee per night (in a small town). "

"A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the gym and pool. My only negative was the habit that many Slovakian hotels have of using single beds and placing them together (while still made up as single beds) and claiming this to be a double or king bed. Thankfully the reception staff provided me with sheets to convert my singles to a double (sort of)"
