"A really beautiful accomodation with so much space and amenities that you need. The service is impeccable and everyone is friendly and willing to help you. We loved our time at Bahay Artisano and would recommend to others. "

"It is ok to stay for one or two days. A big cockroach was found in the toilet. The owner was not present on the top roof when I check out and so I had to wait for a long time. Last, hotel.com provides the wrong location of the inn on the map in their website"

"Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. "
