"very home like and safe, cozy and comfortable place to stay. However when we arrived there their was a dirty pan in the oven and cheese crumbs on the carpet. besides that we still really enjoyed to place and our stay."

"Toilet seat was broken when we arrived and lady at apartment said it would be fixed that day. Also called someone about it a day later and was told it would be fixed. We left on the fifth day still no repair. Toilet was usless as every time you sat on it felt slippery and dangerous consequently was hardly used had to go elsewhere. Then I could not get my car out of the garage so had to ring someone who told us to push the garage door up and put a cone in front of the sensor so it didn’t come...

"There was some spray/pesticide that gave me a severe allergic reaction. Moved out the next morning. Had booked and payed for 6 nights. Urban Rest agreed to refund me 5 nights but did not! Charged me more than $100 extra for that one night. Why I do not know"

"Firstly, the images on Wotif do not reflect the room. When we rang Urban Rest they basically said we give you what’s available and not to go by the images! Getting an Uber… they only will pick you up or drop you off opposite the road. That may be ok but this is one of the busiest roads I have seen and drivers do not care! "We absolutely loved our month long stay in the ground floor property at Horizon Apartments, Randwick. On arrival the property was much more spacious than we were expecting and we had a huge patio and lawn with areas of sunshine and shade all day. The property was spotless and well equipped. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting our daughter who lives a 20 minute walk away.
