"First of all the rooms are a good size if you compare it to European size hotels. This is not North America so don’t expect that. The rooms are modern, clean, and well appointed. The rooms do appear as stated on the website. Excellent location close to the old town and Chania harbor. It’s all walking distance. If you’re looking for a beach stay, then this is probably not the place for you. The staff are extremely kind and hospitable, and the breakfast changes on a daily basis. Excellent value all things considered. Lots of supermarkets close by in case you need anything. Highly recommend staying here in Chania!"

The beachfront location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. What truly made this place unforgettable was the exceptional staff and customer service. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — easily one of the highlights of our trip. A very special thank you to the owner, who went completely above and beyond for us. Due to our flight arriving late, we were stressed and worried about transportation and meals, but the owner personally arranged everything for us — including our taxi, meals after arrival, and even helped organize trips during our stay. That level of care and hospitality is incredibly rare and made us feel truly valued and taken care of. This resort delivers not only luxury and beauty, but heart. We left feeling like family and cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are looking for a flawless beachfront getaway with world-class hospitality, this is the place to stay.
