"Don't worry about the road condition (a bit pot holed and worn) or the slightly difficult to find hotel entrance, the stay was great. The room was large and immaculately clean. Though our limited Italian caused a few laughable glitches (or fault not the staff), the service could not have been better. The food was excellent and overly abundant. "The hygienic conditions were horrible, the toilets near the bars and restaurants were very dirty, a bad smell came out of the toilet in the room. The restaurant with buffet was dirty in the area of fries, with food thrown on the counter. Food in general was not good, but the cakes and pastries were excellent."

"The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced...

"Der Pool ist riesig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch spricht hier niemand, aber die meisten können so weit Englisch, dass man sich verstängigen kann. Die Apartments sind groß und wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne große Loggia, die wir sehr genossen haben. Allerdings sind die Apartments nicht besonders schön eingerichtet, und bei uns kam auch der Putz von der Schlafzimmerwand. Dafür fand ich das Doppelbett sehr bequem, allerdings waren die Schlafsofa selbst für die Kinder...

"We were looking for a place to stay while traveling around and got that and more!!! The place is beautiful and peaceful. It is actually a place where you can stay for a few days just to relax. The rooms are clean and comfy. The amenities are great. Really recommend. "
