「酒店安排我在地牢最下便角落一間房，窗外是地牢，上邊是泳池出入口，人們在上邊不斷經過，很嘈。平台上邊有花槽，職員淋花我的地牢地台濕了一大半，我住三晚，每天都有人check in check out,但他們總說無房可換，車位不足，每天都說沒有車位要泊去酒店外邊停車位，二千多一晩不值」

「The location was spectacularly close to some of the main cultural sites of Évora. All were easily walkable, usually within minutes, and that included restaurants, as well as historical sites. The absolute best thing about the hotel were the staff. Flawlessly professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Restaurant recommendations and reservations were handled with aplomb. I’d never seen a 10.0 rating before. They certainly met that standard for me.」

「Feels like living in a historic bldg (built in 1500) with frescos and plaster walls and high ceilings. Situated in center old town close to cathedral and Roman ruins. 「We stayed in Villa T1 surrounded by nature. We looked to the vineyards and country side. The house was equipped with everything required for a good meal and a good night sleep. Air conditioning was working very well. Breakfast was served in the main house and felt very cosy. Pools were okay . 」

「A lovely unique hotel with delightful service. We were staying there during the blackout and the staff put together food and brought in to all the rooms along with candles and battery lamps. The staff worked so hard to make us comfortable and kept us updated on the power outage. Their kindness was very much appreciated. Would stay there again and again. 」
