「This hotel was lovely. The staffs were so friendly. The pool were open 24 hours so you can relax yourself anytime. However, the room space was a little small for family. Shower room had no door and floor got wet easily. But we still had a wonderful stay.」

「Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent room. 2 bedrooms with a kitchen. Room facilities and kitchen ware were awesome. The settings in the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms made the whole thing cosy. A garage for car parking. Very close to Big Bear Village and the lake, walking distance. Close to nearby supermarket that allowed me to make breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!」

「We loved the cabin we stayed in. The attention to detail was great and design was so charming. We used the BBQ to grill one night, we took the bikes out and rode to the village one morning, and our kids loved the hammock. We will be back to stay in the 4 bedroom next time!」

「This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything. Love this place and we are coming back soon!」

「The house was nicely appointed, better than expected. Pool & backyard was sweet, spent a while there. Now, entering the house was a different matter. After we arrived from a long drive, we did not expect to do battle with the front door lock nor search the perimeter of the house just to figure out how to get in. Our door code did not work. Texted with an AvantStay contact as they walked us thru entering codes while pulling know towards us and listening for clicks. Spent a long time trying to get...
