「I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me.
Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. 」

「This family-owned resort is nestled right up against the majestic limestone karsts of Tam Coc. Great location....outside of the bustling town of Tam Coc, and so it is very quiet and peaceful, and yet just a short walk to town for dining and shopping. Our bungalow was large and comfortable.
