"Clean room and friendly staff "

"Great staff, but the hotel rooms and furniture were quite dated. Had to change my room right after arriving around bathroom cleanliness issues. I would think that despite the issue with finding pubic hair all over the toilet seat of an otherwise clean room, l would at least be upgraded or at least get a similar sized room. I instead "

"The staff were excellent here, particularly the lady host at breakfast, the chef and waitron serving dinner and the managers. The check-in was welcoming and the hot food excellent! The main reason, I'm not giving full marks for our stay here is the condition of the room. The shower door did not keep, "

"From beginning to end my stay was fabulous! My room was cleaned and stocked daily with water and linens.The staff was courteous and helpful. I felt safe and secure. All amenities were accessible and accommodating. It was also nice to find transportation with ease. I loved the perk of the club lounge on the sixth floor with my upgrade! Drinks and appetizers from 5-7 was so delightful in an intimate setting! Thank you! "
