「The room was clean and cleaned properly each day. We were not aware of the daily parking fee for self-parking which is a total rip-off. There are acres of parking. This is not a city hotel. We could simply have parked at an adjacent office building and saved $36. Also IG would have been nice to have a coffee bar in the lobby in the Norwich we have had at other Hilton’s.」

「The home was extremely comfortable for our family and perfectly positioned between The Factory and Downtown Franklin. I wish they would have had a least 6 towels stocked for our party of 3 so I didn’t have to do laundry during our short 2 night stay but that was the only slightly inconvenient part. This home will be a high contender to stay in again!!」

「The condo itself was clean, beautiful, and located in a safe area. The two-bedroom unit was well-appointed with quality furniture and appliances, and the welcome kit with coffee and snacks was a nice touch. Its location was also convenient—just a 4-minute drive from our church conference.
