"Really nice"

"It’s was a horrible experience . I will never book with double tree or Hilton ever again . I stood behind two women checking in line for 45 mins then a second front desk receptionist came to do my check in I realized after she started the process the process my passport was in the car she told me to get out of line with my 4 month old baby even tho my fiancée was right at the door walking back in so then I had to wait another 45 mins just to check in with my baby that needed a diaper change and a new bottle made . Once I got back to the front she then came over to me and saw I was up set she gave me to gift paper cards . Then they gave me a room on the first floor that I would have to walk up stairs to get to I’m handicap and can’t walk up stairs good and I have a baby with a stroller so. I had to go back to the front desk then they gave me room on the second floor it’s was disgusting it had things all over the carpet. A dirty toilet and shower. The carpet was tore up everywhere the bathroom was dusty . There was trash on the floor it just was completely disgusting. I went back to the front desk they said they still had to charge me for the room because I had already checked in . I left and will never come back . "
