"Breakfast special was good value with a good selection. Happy hour in the bar was also good value although bar staff lacked knowledge of simple drink requests for example a scotch and dry."

"Ok I’ll start off positive - pool and spa great. Buffet breakfast is the usual. Bedroom had a balcony and overall room was fine - was given 2 towels for 3 people but when asked for more received straight away - however the beds - I have never ever slept in such a hard bed - I stayed for 4 nights with minimal sleep. So if you like sleep don’t stay - I did mention to staff and was given a mattress topper but didn’t do much! "

"Good place to stay. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The lighting was good and there was a decent-sized TV in the room, unlike other hotels. Staff were super friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. It was also nice and quiet. The bathroom was a strange design with the shower glass not extending far enough so the shower would spray onto the rest of the bathroom and soaked a lot of the bathroom floor. The door opened ok, but would hit the toilet seat if opened too far. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely book this hotel again. Very close to tram stop and the CBD. I can recommend View Melbourne."

"Our stay at Pegasus was great. Position was great close to Vic Market & central shopping. Really good value for money. Clean & spacious rooms. We have stayed there a number of times & will stay there again. Staff were very friendly & helpful. "

"the room was incredibly clean, spacious and had all necessary essentials + a great smart tv! the staff made all interactions incredible - they were helpful, quick, and friendly! we had forgotten our key card in the room late at night and another one was provided with no issues but a timely ID to face/name check, which made me feel secure! we were also able to stay an extra hour past checkout time for free thanks to amazingly kind staff, which helped immensely as our train had been delayed and with me being disabled it kept me from a lot of pain! there are lots of wonderful facilities - the pool is clean, the gym has lots of equipment, and there is a lovely seating area with a great view outside the business center! it's such a quick walk to southern cross station too, and there are lots of nearby food options, along with a coles literally a 2 minute walk away!"
