Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience"

"I have booked this room for my daughter for her first night stay after wedding. Approaching road is horrible. Even after my special request to little décor the room they have just provide with cake and welcome card. Total 8 rooms are there they didn't serve the dinner in room after special request. Average hospitality. I personally feel , Over all this hotel is over charged and facilities are less. Not worth visiting this place. Zero response to newly wedded couple. Not worth visiting the...
