"4度目の利用です。しばらくぶりの宿泊でしたが、お部屋がリニューアルされていて、とても気持ちよく過ごささせて頂きました。部屋の露天風呂も以前よりも大きくなっていて良かったです。お食事も何の不満もなく、季節を感じられるメニューで素晴らしかったです。また、来訪したいです。"

家族３人で２泊しました。
事前にいろいろな評価があってちょっと心配しましたが、結果は大満足でした。
名称のとおり、老舗旅館的ではなく、旅館とホテルのいいとこ取りを素晴らしいバランスでされていると思います。
料理も格式ばった料亭のほどではありませんが、バラエティに富み、２泊しても飽きず、夕食朝食ともに美味しくいただきました。
夕食も朝食も部屋ごとの個室で、そこで食事をしている間に布団の上げ下ろしをしてくれます。
部屋や設備も掃除が行き届いており綺麗です。
外国人スタッフも含めて全員の応対も好感が持てるものでした。
リラックスコーナーには、お水（地下水で美味しい）、ジュース、コーヒー、スパークリングワイン、アイスが無料であります。
庭も美しく、特に夜のライトアップは最高です。
駐車はバレーパーキング方式で、玄関口で鍵を渡す方式で到着時、出発時ともに便利です。
アメニティもロクシタンなどで素晴らしい。
ネガティブな評価は、高級老舗旅館と比較している人などなのかなと思いました。また、そういった評価をもとに常に改善されている宿だと感じました。おススメです。

"地點其實是一個叫做「伊香保」溫泉的地方，應該係一個曾經盛極一時的溫泉區。這間森秋旅館，算是其中一間有多年傳承的溫泉旅館，地點在山腰，旅館本身擁有多個停車場，我見有「第七駐車場」，可想而知確實是當地地主。食用方面全是當地當灶，可謂時令食材為主。員工人數多，有許多資深的。酒店極為潔淨，你會感受到酒店方面在全力保養舊有設施的同時，亦盡力加添新設備，洗手間有自動感應燈光，可謂一大進步。晚餐已經不錯，但早餐更好。露天風呂算是很大的了。"
