「This hotel is catered for the local community, the food and as not high quality, the amenities are lacking, the cleanliness is lacking, the gardens and green areas are not well taken care off, the high tea is laughable, pictures are very deceiving. Overall not what you would expect from a 5 Star hotel, my wife and I were very disappointed.」

「We were greeted well at the front counter by Mr Ravi,rooms were very clean and the linens too,the best thing was the room temperature was maintained well.At the checkout time also the lasy at the front counter was very helpful.」
