"Not a great experience this time around. Room key did not work. Needed to get new keys. Room heater made a noise every five minutes. Couldn’t sleep. My floor in costal tower was filthy with garbage n hotel sheets. Cleanness was horrible. And the list goes on"

"The staff was so friendly and helpful, every time I had a question when walking through the resort the staff was able to assist and help. The indoor golf was a lot of fun. There are plenty of different options to eat as well. The hotel room itself was clean and up to date. Great view from the room as well, we were on the 11th floor. The indoor pool area was also nice and clean. "

"There was no view in the room that i had and the windows were frosted so you couldn't see out. The heater in the room was malfunctioning and made the room extremely hot until matinance came to fix it."

"Very clean and the staff had great hospitality! They even have great add ons they tell you about when you check in! Room was super clean and well kept! I would stay again."
