"Every staff member we interacted with was nice. We let the front desk know we would be arriving after midnight, and David was very friendly upon our arrival. He even had cookies and milk for us. We had the pleasure of meeting Noah, the bellman while there. He was so friendly and attentive, and genuinely wanted us to have a great time. His knowledge of the local dining scene was incredible. This level of personalized service is rare and made our trip so much better. I would definitely recommend Tivoli Lodge as a place to stay while visiting Vail."

"Excellent staff. Maureen at the concierge desk was very helpful. Logan was superb. They guys from Engineering who got chrome cast to work on the tv were very helpful. The bed was comfy. The room was very nice, and we enjoyed our balcony view. Makoto was an excellent dining experience, as was the breakfast buffet at Gessners. I really appreciated the shuttle service to downtown Vail. "
