The beds were comfortable, the breakfast good and the staff was amazing and very helpful. They have left luggage, a garage and a swimming pool (closed when we visited in April). We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. One point to note is that as this is a protected building in a UNESCO World Heritage site there is no lift."
