「Great experience at Hidden Charm Hotel, staff were friendly and the room was tidy and clean. Location of hotel is very convenient to nearby tourist spots such as Tam Coc for boat tour and Hang Mua for hiking. Definitely one of the best hotels in Ninh Binh.」

「The hosts were extremely friendly and their granddaughter ( Camelia) was a great help in communicating in English. We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. All together a decent stay and on a side note transportation will be required if you need to eat out. 」

「Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we weren’t expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! 」

「This is a great place to stay in ninh binh, their rooms are clean, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast is good, there was an annoying family with a bunch of kids that ruined the whole place, but it wasn't their fault and without them the place was wonderful. I would also like to thank mr. DAT who was so kind to us, the day we checked out we left pur bags there and went hiking, and when we came back he was so kind that he even gave us a clean room to clean our shoes and wash ourselves,...

「Definitely, this is a great hotel to visit and stay. The service is completely excellent and the dinning is fabulous to us. In our room had some problems in showing room, but the staff fixed and later change our room very quickly. We all had a very happy trip and memories there. We spend four nights!! 「Oanh the owner is incredible. She will fulfill all needs in order to make your stay a grand one. From changing money to booking tours/transportation or any questions you may have about the area. She truly cares about making your stay is the best. She’s is a driving force that is the backbone for her hotel. She checks you in she cooks you breakfast and cleans your room. She is nothing short of amazing. It’s on a side street so quiet and close to everything. Enjoy your stay!」

「Resort is located along a beautiful lake and opposite a mountain. Great location if you are fan of nature. Hotel manager Anna was extremely helpful when I contacted her via Zalo. She arranged a driver for my day trip to 3 location at a reasonable price and was attentive to my needs. There is some improvements required for this hotel such as breakfast, but overall a beautiful place to stay. 「I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. 」
